Free Izzet Sahin!
On April 27, Israeli authorities have taken Izzet Sahin, the representative and founder of ‘The Foundadtion for Human Rights and Freedoms and Humanitarian Relief’s (IHH)’ office in West Bank, into custody without any reason when he was passing through the Check point in Bethlehem.
His family and friends did not hear from him for three days and later they have learnt that he is in Askhalon prison.
His existence and activity in the area are non violent and he has been working for humanitarian aid as he did in some other countries.
In addition to his work on humanitarian aid, he has been studying Hebrew in Hebrew University. His status in the area is legal. He has a Visa and staying permit valid until June.
We are worried about his safety and require an end to this unfair custody at once.
